Streetwatch Groups

Streetwatch was initially launched nationally in the summer of 2012, by December the national funding had been cut and the Suffolk schemes were put at risk.  Thanks to the efforts of the local community Suffolk managed to secure independent funding to ensure the scheme could continue to benefit local communities and help reduce crime in our towns and villages.

There are two groups in the Babergh area exist and interest in other towns and villages is increasing.
